I specialize in helping dads move past the confusion, shame/guilt and frustration so they can show up with clarity, strength and purpose.
Through coaching I will guide you to rebuild trust, communication skills and confidence in who you are! You can lead with intention connection and courage.

I am an experienced public speaker, trainer, and workshop facilitator. I have conducted numerous workshops focused on parenting, child development, developing positive relationships and empowerment. Recently I have been hired to speak on relationship topics such as: back in the dating pool, how to find my soul mate, communication skills, trauma bonds, self awareness, your authentic self and what a life coach can do for you!

My Story
My mission has always remained the same no matter where my journey has taken me and that has always been to do what is good and right for my clients, for parents, families, and children. Adopting and raising a child with Autism and then having my own has blessed me with a great deal of knowledge and experience. So have the years I have spent teaching school, counseling parents, doing trainings/workshops, presentations, and managing programs as well as running businesses.
Now it is my pleasure to bring my knowledge and experience straight to you as your Certified Life Coach better known as Courage Coach because it takes courage to reach out for help and start moving forward.! So let's get going so we can get you on your way to YOUR fabulousness.
